Dec 29, 2014 · There are known Onkyo HDMI board failures. Onkyo USA & Canada offer a free replacement program. Check out AVS for details. Quick turn around times for USA. MY 808 HDMI board was replaced. Works fine now. I contacted the local authorized Yamaha repair service center yesterday and replacement of the HDMI board + labor would have been around $300. Oct 12, 2019 · One by one all HDMI inputs went out - it took two- three weeks. I remember problems with Onkyo HDMI boards, basically, it was the same behavior. I used to have two Onkyo receivers manufactured in 2012, both had similar HDMI issues (the only discern was that Onkyo lost all HDMI inputs at once not step-by-step).
